Shipping & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Metamorphosis by Babs! Each wreath and gnome I create is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of my products, I’ve designed this policy to be fair, transparent, and aligned with small business standards.

1. Processing Time

All items are handmade to order or finished in small batches.

  • Processing time: Typically 3–7 business days before shipping.

  • During peak seasons (such as November–December), processing times may extend slightly due to increased order volume.

I’ll always do my best to ship your order as quickly as possible and notify you if delays occur.

2. Shipping

I currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping times: Usually 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on item class and destination.

  • You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or postal carrier issues.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Because all my products are handmade and often made-to-order, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to me. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at metamorphosisbybabs@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

I’ll work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun or the item has shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local post office first.
While I cannot be held responsible for postal errors or delays, I’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

6. Custom Orders

Custom or personalized wreaths and gnomes are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.
Before placing a custom order, I’ll confirm all design details with you to ensure complete satisfaction.
