Meet Cornelius “Cornie” Scarecrow, a charming handmade fall door hanging with a personality all his own. Cornie brings a playful touch to your autumn decorating with his rustic burlap face, whimsical expression, and cheerful sunflower accents.

Cornie features a natural burlap face that gives him the classic look of a traditional scarecrow. His oversized eyes, bright red nose, and crooked stitched smile create a wonderfully quirky expression. A tall black top hat sits above his face and completes his unmistakable scarecrow character.

Two bright autumn flowers decorate the side of Cornie’s hat. Their warm orange color adds a cheerful pop against the darker hat and neutral burlap. A simple twine accent wraps around the hat for an extra rustic detail.

Measuring approximately 18 inches wide by 20 inches tall and 4 inches deep, Cornie has enough presence to stand out without overwhelming your entryway. His dimensional design gives him added visual interest when displayed on a door or wall.

Use Cornelius to welcome family and guests throughout the fall season. Hang him on your front door, inside your entryway, on a wall, or wherever your autumn decorating needs a little extra personality. His rustic materials and warm seasonal colors pair easily with pumpkins, gourds, leaves, and other harvest decorations.

Cornie is more than a typical fall decoration. His expressive face gives him the personality of a character rather than a mass-produced seasonal accent. His handmade construction also means that small variations add to his individual charm.

If you enjoy whimsical fall decorating, Cornelius makes an especially fun addition to your seasonal collection. He also makes a memorable gift for someone who loves scarecrows, harvest decorating, or handmade home accents.

Add Cornie to your autumn display and give your guests a scarecrow with character. His rustic burlap construction, cheerful flowers, and wonderfully goofy expression make him an eye-catching way to celebrate the season.

Each handmade piece from Metamorphosis by Babs receives individual attention during its creation. Cornie’s unique combination of rustic texture and whimsical details makes him a distinctive alternative to an ordinary fall wreath or decoration.
